Red Wine
Most red wine on the market tastes like it was made to be inoffensive. Big producers blend for consistency, add sulfites for shelf life, and smooth out any rough edges that might make the wine memorable. The result is a wall of bottles that all taste vaguely the same. The reds we carry are the opposite of that. They come from small organic estates where the winemaker knows every row in the vineyard, and each bottle tastes like the specific place it came from.
Our reds span Italy, France, Argentina, and Spain, from everyday bottles you can open on a Tuesday to wines worth decanting for a few hours on a Saturday night. What connects them is the farming. Every producer here works without synthetic pesticides or chemical fertilizers, and you can taste it in the clarity and energy of the wines. Our sommelier has scored each one, and nothing makes this page without earning its spot.
New to organic reds? The Langhe Nebbiolo and the Barbera d'Alba are two of our favorite starting points. Already know what you like? The collection runs deep.
