It is intense, straw-yellow with brilliant hues. To the nose it is slightly aromatic and persistent, with notes of ripe stone fruits, some tropical notes and citrus. Taste is multi-layered, starting dry and becoming soft in the mid palate, it has body with a fine, smooth, complex, and harmonious finale.
Grapes: Garganega, Cortese, Trebbiano and other grapes
Pairing: Asparagus and shrimp risotto, fish and raw or grilled shellfish, delicate main courses. Serve at 10-11° C.
