An excellent expression of an organic, very well-balanced Cabernet Sauvignon from the Napa Valley appellation.
The intensity of the fruit is very well integrated with the backbone of acidity and the minerality in this full bodied and round wine. Ruby with some purple hues signaling the recent vintage, it is intense and complex with violets and blueberries, ripe plums, a smoky note of ash, toasted coffee beans, clove and vanilla. It is persistent and smooth at the palate, with elegant tannins not yet fully mature.
Grape: Cabernet Sauvignon
Pairing: Ideal with lamb chops, but also with other white meats like pork tenderloin or veal cutlet. If you want to drink it with pasta, it’s excellent with a mushroom sauce or a ragù.
