A fresh Vermentino from the hills immediately inland from the Tyrrhenian sea coast in Tuscany. A fresh note of white flowers, green apple and iodine at the nose. At the palate it is fresh and simple, smoother than expected form a crisp and moderately priced everyday white wine.

Pairing: Gnocco fritto and Prosciutto di Parma, seafood salad, spaghetti and clams in white wine sauce.
