Its minerality emerges quite immediately at the nose, with scents of limestone and wet railway, followed by a sweet spicy note, then mountain herbs, hay and golden apple. The salmon color ramato (Italian for coppery) is a result of the longer maceration on a dark golden skin , typical of the traditional Pinot Grigio. At the palate, the wine is elegant, smooth and intense. The finish is fruity and sapid. It is an old-fashioned Pinot Grigio, like they used to make them, both in the color and in the taste.
