A limpid and ruby wine. At the nose immediately a reassuring note of red berries, geranium and rose. It is a little spicy, with a note of tangerine zest and smoky burnt wood. At the palate it is dry, crisp yet smooth and warm in the throat with recurring sapidity. The tannins are not invasive and elegant. Intense, persistent it is a medium body great everyday red wine.
Grapes: Primitivo, Aglianico
Pairing: It is a perfect wine for a party where everyone eats a different dish, because it is very versatile. I personally consider this wine a perfect pairing for pizza Margherita or also a spicy one like with n’duja and burrata.
