Identità is one of the best expressions of the blending tradition in the Friuli region. The aromatic touch of Malvasia gives a twist to the structure and freshness of Friulano and Ribolla Gialla. The result is a nose with ripe tropical fruits and preserved citrus, lemon zest, paprika and acacia honey. The minerality is there, with notes of chalk and wet grey stones. It is a balanced and smooth (but not buttery) white wine with a long finish that makes it good with food or by itself before dinner.
Grapes: Malvasia Istriana, Ribolla Gialla, Friulano
Pairing: By itself as an aperitif with nuts and crackers, salumi and cheese board, smoked beef, or fried fish.
It reaches perfection with complex dishes like a quiche with leeks, speck and gruyère.

We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO and FPOs. Orders typically ship out in 3-5 days and will be delivered according to the shipping mode selected at checkout.
