This is a fine and intense white wine with notes of minerality from the soil, well integrated with the fruit flavors of ripe pear, apple, honeysuckle flowers, and some reminiscence of quince.
The straw yellow with golden hues, which comes from 12 hours of maceration on the lees (yeast residuals), anticipates the warm and harmonious structure we appreciate later in the mouth. The long and balanced finish with almonds and stone fruits makes it great also to drink before dinner, with no food.

Pairing: As an aperitif, or at dinner with prosciutto San Daniele and cantaloupe melon, smoked fish or meat, all types of vegetables and hard cheeses.
