This Barbera superiore from Tenuta Cucco is the more balanced and smooth Barbera you can taste in the market. It’s a pure pleasure, with elegant tannins, its dryness and crispiness very well integrated with the warmth of the alcohol.
At the nose the red floral notes typical of the grapes appear first: dry rose and violets, followed by spices, licorice, green pepper, pomegranate and cranberries to complete the profile. At the palate it is fruity with raspberries and cherries, with vanilla, herbaceous notes and then fruity again.
