Fresh and easy to drink, crisp and warm in the throat, fruity yet not sweet, this is an elegant expression of the Sauvignon Blanc in the Poully Fumée appellation. At the nose, ripe citrus with a herbaceous note and wet white stone; at the palate the fruit comes out with integrity. The freshness helps clean the palate very well after a bite of food. Easy to enjoy, it is an elegant everyday wine.

Pairing: Excellent with raw fish, shellfish, scallops, mozzarella and soft cheese. Fried croquettes (made with eggplants, chickpeas, cheese or white fish and herbs).
