For Every Day

When selecting “every day” wines, I don’t consider price, because the dollar amount that each of us considers appropriate for an everyday wine depends on the money we have, and also on the importance we give to wine.
Instead, I choose the wines—expensive or not—that are not demanding: balanced, elegant, and easy to drink and pair.

In short... a wine that pleases day-in, day-out.
