The grapes for this wine are harvested 15 to 20 days after the proper harvest moment to get a more concentrated sugar level.
The result is a wine with structure and body, mineral yet fruity and slightly aromatic. It is straw-yellow with a bouquet of orange blossom and jasmine, peaches and ripe fruit, antique rose with hints of vanilla.
Fulsome on the palate, with hints of yellow tropical fruit and pleasurable savory notes, typical of the Morainic soil of this lucky land close to Lake Garda.
Grapes: Garganega, Cortese and other grapes
Pairing: Mediterranean fresh pasta dishes, white meats, raw ham, moderately matured cheeses. Perfect with shellfish, seafood tartare and beef carpaccio, grilled fish dishes. Serve at 10-11° C
