An interesting biodynamic expression of Rhone Valley white varietals planted in Paso Robles, California by the joint effort of the Perrin and Haas families.
Bright greenish yellow color, with darker hues, it is floral, fruity and mineral. Light to medium bodied white wine for everyday aperitif and light meals.
Grapes: Grenache Blanc, Viognier, Roussane, Marsanne
Pairing: Salads, light soups, seashell pasta, salmon.
