Rusada is a fresh and crisp rosé, with notes of violets, garrigue (lavender, thyme, cistus, juniper, etc.), bay leaves and acacia on the nose, accompanied by a hint of wet white stones. In the mouth it is very enjoyable and easy, persistent and pleasant, dry, fruity and fresh.
Grape: Syrah, Sangiovese and other indigenous local grapes
Pairing: Ideal for an aperitif—or with a chicken salad or a salad of burrata and beets.
Appellation: Toscana DOC, Italy
