Fruity and dry, light and very versatile, this wine from Provence is good as an aperitif and just as good to accompany you for an entire meal. It has the typical aroma of the southern coast of France, where garrigue (lavender, thyme, cistus, juniper, etc.) is dominant.
Scents of cassis, pomegranate, red flowers, sage and wet stones complete the bouquet. On the palate it is refreshing and crisp. The tannins are light and firm and the finish brings you back to the scent of the French Riviera.
Pairing: Raw shellfish, pasta and clams, salmon salad, vitel tonné, caprese salad, any club sandwich, tuna tartare, beef carpaccio and the like. Great dry and crisp partner for any spring or summer food.
Appellation: Coteaux d'Aix en Provence AOC, France
